Free love at Kings Mall
Kings Mall shopping centre is set to give a little love this weekend in a free 3 day event designed to melt the hardest hearts. From the 12th to the 14th February, our special Valentine’s event will feature the Valentine’s Love Buzz Game, make-a-card workshop (all materials included!) and there will be entertainment from the brilliantly funny duo, Cupid & Eros as well as The Wandering Pierrots who will be handing out chocolate hearts to the people of Hammersmith. The event will run from 11am to 4pm on each of the days. Centre Manager Robert Stammers said: ‘This event will be a really entertaining and unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The activities are suitable for everyone, so bring all your friends along to join in with the fun at Kings Mall.’ Kings Mall is located off Kings Street, with our Car Park situated off Glenthorne Road, W6 0LJ; and at £1.50 for 2 hours; we offer one of the best parking rates in London. Full line up for the event: Saturday 12/02: Pierrots: Wandering Pierrots - the traditional romantic clowns with a tear in his eye. They will have a supply of foil wrapped chocolate hearts to give out and charm the shoppers that they meet. Make a Valentine’s Card: Cut ‘n’ Colour workshop to make a Valentine card. Valentine Flower Workshop: It might not be spring yet but we can help you create a paper bloom to take home to display or to give to a loved one. We will supply all materials plus a highly experienced workshop artist and assistant to run the day. These workshops are always popular, giving all who take part a special something to take home. Sunday 13/02: Valentine and Valentina: Charming and striking Valentines stilt characters. Monday 14/02: Valentines Love Buzz Game: The ultimate challenge: "The Love Buzz", where only the steady hand of true love will win through! Navigate the metal loop around the giant-sized heart to prove your love - but take care... one wrong move sounds the alarm, and you're buzz-ted Eros and Cupid: Eros leads the Love School, and as Cupid is his new pupil, he is to be taught how to make people fall in love. Of course, the course of true love never did run smooth, and the inept antics of Cupid rapidly turn his schooling into Chaos. When Eros is accidentally shot with Cupid's arrow, everything starts to go pear-shaped… A brilliant walkabout duo for Valentine Promotions with a comic twist.
