Kings Mall Hosts Seaside Special Event The fun of the seaside comes to Hammersmith from the 31st August to the 3th September. Kings Mall shopping centre, off King Street will be host to a ‘Seaside Special’ event over the 4 day period, which aims to provide fun and games for children of all ages. Kings Mall will be bringing all of the excitement of the seaside to your doorstep in a four day Seaside Special event located in front of Superdrug opposite the food court. A number of shows and competitions will be running throughout the four day event from 11am onwards. The event will give children the chance to join in with a seaside sing- along, enjoy listening to a summer-time storytelling before having a boogie at the summer disco. There will also be an opportunity for little ones to take part in a sun hat competition; the most stylish wins the prize! In a bid to never forget old classics, performances of ‘the Punch and Judy Show’ will take place throughout Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday and Friday events will include craft sessions in cuddly bears. There is more than enough to keep children occupied, and a chance to capture the moment in a seaside peep photo board. Kings Mall Centre Manager Robert Stammers says; ‘Having suffered another rainy British summer, Kings Mall decided it was time to bring a bit of sunshine to Hammersmith. The event will be full of fun and games for everyone to enjoy!’ Kings Mall hosted the ‘Easter Extravaganza’ event back in April. The day was filled with workshops, activities, chocolate goodies, competitions, and the Fulham Brass Band put on a fantastic show for shoppers. After this huge success, which proved popular with both children and adults, we are hoping for a similar great response this summer.
