Lesley began her career as a BBC Radio journalist, working predominantly in the food and drink and travel sectors before taking an in-house role as Marketing Director at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre in the West Midlands.
Advancing steadily in the retail environment, Lesley founded LMMC and developed a broad portfolio of prestige clients. This included the direction and development of the regional marketing team outputs across Hammerson's entire portfolio. In this role, she worked on such successful projects as Bullring, Birmingham and Brent Cross, London. Following her work with Hammerson, Lesley went on to work on Land Securities' extensive retail portfolio in both consumer and B2B marketing.
Lesley has subsequently become a leading figure in retail and leisure destination marketing, working for developers around the world. Having played a role in the success of many of the major developments in the UK in the last 15 years, Lesley is continuing her work with LMMC in Europe and Africa.

He furthered his career in the marketing communications world as an Account Director and Board Director before becoming an award winning Managing Director within the Grayling Group.
