Attempting to align newly-acquired arms of the business with the existing, Envisage Group brought LMMC in to build the organisation a comprehensive identity. To establish brand identity LMMC had to develop an effective internal communications structure and an external communications strategy. The range of tasks included supporting structural change within the organisation and managing PR and communications issues.
LMMC has given the business a new identity bolstered by a sophisticated website. Significant progress has been made in developing an attractive group offer and focussing on substantial projects which capitalise on their collective proposition.
