LMMC's primary objective is the provision of strategic marketing consultation for the Aksal Group and the portfolio of luxury brands within the Morocco Mall.
The six-month project was centred on several core activities; the creation of a large-scale consumer research project against each brand and the mall itself, a review of all marketing activities, annual marketing planning and redevelopment of external comms strategy. These actions provide a platform to guide the organisation's future marketing efforts.
