Webex End User License Agreement

8.1 Your use of the website, The Applications Hub website and Developer Services is subject to compliance with the acceptable use policy of Cisco Cloud services, available at www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/legal/end-user-license-and-cloud-services/cloud-services-acceptable-use-policy.html 2.3. Beta and trial version. If Cisco grants you rights to use existing Cisco technology on a trial, evaluation, beta or other free basis (“software and evaluation services”), you can only use the software and evaluation services temporarily for the limited period of time by the license key or written by Cisco. If no time is known, this use is limited to 30 days after the software and evaluation services are made available to you. If you no longer use and/or return the software and evaluation services or devices on which it is allowed to use it until the end of the trial period, you can charge the list price and agree to pay such a bill. Cisco may, at its own discretion, stop providing software and evaluation services at any time, and you no longer have access to data, information and related files and you must stop using Cisco technology immediately. Evaluation software and services may not have been subject to Cisco`s usual testing and quality assurance processes and may contain errors, errors or other problems. If Cisco has not given its written approval, you will not integrate software and evaluation services into production. Cisco offers evaluation software and “AS-IS” services without assistance or without explicit or implied security or compensation for problems or problems, and Cisco disclaims any responsibility for your use of evaluation software and services. 12.14. Full agreement.

This ECJ is the comprehensive agreement between the parties regarding the purpose of this EEA and replaces any prior or concurrent communications, agreements or agreements (written or oral). 4.2 Subject to the terms of these Terms of Use, Cisco grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-under-granted license for the use of Cisco trademarks solely for the purpose of identifying your apps as being compatible with the Services. During your use of The Cisco Trademarks, you agree (a) to comply with all Cisco brand usage guidelines that may be provided to you by the Cisco and B brand guidelines) that may be found under www.cisco.com/web/about/ac50/ac47/about_cisco_policies_list.html (cisco Guidelines package). Cisco`s guidelines are here again and may be amended without notice. If Cisco discovers that your use of Cisco`s trademarks does not comply with these terms of use or Cisco`s policies, Cisco will notify you of the defect and give you 14 days to raise. If you do not do so within the additional 14 days, Cisco may immediately terminate the license granted in this section by communicating it to you, and you will immediately stop using Cisco`s trademarks.
